Ok, so since starting YouthJuice I've gotten comments that I look like I'm 33 years old, constantly. I'm 40. I've grown my nails long for first time in a couple of yeaers, my skin has elasticity again and doesn't look like parchment paper anymore. I have color to my complexion again and no longer look sallow. I have energy that I haven't had since my early twenties or teens even.

Loved this song the moment i watched it through a facebook status update. One of my friends has posted it and it calmed me to a great extent and i dont know if bcoz of any incident happening in my life or on the lives of my friends and loved ones. Stronger fingernails

I was just drumming my fingernails on my desktop and enjoying the sharp rap they produce. Another thing that I haven't experienced in years and am greatly enjoying again. I had gotten used to my nails feeling soft. I hadn't really thought about the way they would split apart, like there were layers and each layer was separating from each other. My nails are strong again and I've grown them out longer for the first time in a couple of years. Very cool! I'm looking forward to painting them up in the latest trends when I get some time....:)

Biked for an hour

Last year when I would go biking or exert myself, I would end up with very shaky muscles and feel extremely exhausted afterwards, even after a twenty minute brisk walk. I couldn't understand how people could feel energetic after exercise, which was why I usually avoided it.

Cleaning maniac

Hopped on my bike and went for a ride.

Last fall I started biking again after not doing so for, well, forever. Like decades....I was ok with balance, but I found my muscles fatigued quickly and burned. I was also very shaky during and afterwards for awhile. I felt ok, but kind of weak.
Yesterday I had to get my AVON brochures out and decided to ride. I was strong, no shakes, no weakness, no sense of possible loss of balance. I haven't rode so fearlessly since I was a teenager. It was lovely. Again, I do credit the YJ. It has given my muscles the nutrients they need to be able to function properly.
