Now having a great day at home feasting on delicious sweets prepared by my in laws but its seems to be quite a quiet day for me coz my kids have gone visiting their grandparents and they aren't back home yet. I seem to be missing them a lotttt! When they're home, sometimes i have to scream at the top of my voice to quieten them but now that they're not here i'm somehow missing that noise they create around me!
We will all be going for continuous outings for the next few days and im happy to take some fresh breath from the hectic week that went by shopping and for the Eid preparations!

Youth Juice is Life Changing
My life has changed completely this past year. I am doing things that I never would have thought possible for me. I go out and enjoy things, even today, to just go to a neighborhood event, enjoy a hot dog, watch the kids in the bouncy castle and not have one iota of anxiety. Why is the rich getting richer and the poor even poorer... i feel really disheartened that all i can do is watch them... sometimes my heart goes out to the people who i see have no parents are they are compelled to be brought up by harsh parents but those kids are luckier than those that have No parents! Eid-ul-fitr significance and celebrations
Firt go here to read how i celebrated Eid 2010, the best year and Eid-ul-fitr year before last So, yet again we have arrived on Eid-ul-fitr which marks the end of Ramadan. Also known as 'breaking of the fast' when the new moon will be spotted. The festival is considered one the biggest and important festivals of the Muslims. A time to celebrate with joy the end of Ramadan, the holy month of fasting.
Eid-ul-fitr significance and celebrations :
Eid ul Fitr or the 'festival of fast breaking' is the most celebratory of all Muslim festivals. The term 'Eid' has been derived from the Arabic word 'oud', which means 'the return' and hence, signifies the return of the festival each year. The festival is significant as much for its timing, as for its religious implications. It is celebrated after the long fasting month of Ramadan (the ninth month of the Islamic calendar), on the first day of the Shawwal month of the Hijri year (Islamic calendar). Legend says that the Qur'an was revealed to Prophet Mohammed in the last ten days of Ramadan.
The month of Ramadan is historically associated with two important victories of Prophet Muhammad - the battle of Badr and the conquest of Makkah. Fasting during the month of Ramadan, according to Islamic beliefs, helps in developing self-control and is a way of getting closer to Allah. The festival of Eid ul Fitr marks the beginning of celebrations and merriment for a period extending over three days. Women prepare sweets at home and all Muslims are seen adorned with new dresses on this day. Eid ul Fitr is synonymous with joy and thanksgiving. Such is the spirit of this great festival that even a lot of Non-Muslims participate in Eid celebrations in India.
India is the second most populous Islamic nation in the world. Muslims form India's largest minority and constitute almost 12% of the country's total population. Islam is also the most recent religion added to India's already potent cultural concoction. Islam came to India in 12th century AD and began interacting with the Indian culture, particularly under the Mughal era. Needless to say, it was a mutually enriching experience. A majority of Indian Muslims reside in the north, but a significant number is found all across the country. Hence, their traditions add yet another dimension to the vast cultural landscape of India.

1. He is the One GOD; the Creator, the Initiator, the Designer. To Him belong the most beautiful names. Glorifying Him is everything in the heavens and the earth. He is the Almighty, Most Wise. [59:24]

3.Their reward at their Lord is the gardens of Eden with flowing streams, wherein they abide forever. GOD is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him. Such is the reward for those who reverence their Lord. [98:8]

If either or both of them reach old age with you, do not rebuke them, but speak to them in terms of honor and kindness. Treat them with humility, and say, 'My Lord! Have mercy on them, for they did care for me when I was little'. [17:23-4].

Going shopping!
I think shopping and my heart begins to dance to unheard music! The joy of shopping has always been endless when you have pockets full and its a festival for which the shopping takes place. Well we are just about to end the period of fasting, the month of Ramadan, which will go on to bring in the festival of the muslims, Eid-Ul-Fitr. I wont talk about the festival but maybe in a day or two. For now i want to bask in the joy of the shopping i'm about to go for. I'm aware of how the malls are going to be jam packed as shopping will be done by all the busy bees for their families which be done in full swing.
I was dying to try out this new and latest perfume that's hit the market, let see! When'll i get the payments for the work done or even then, what is hubby there for... he he.. hes pockets full at this time of the year and its an added advantage when you know you've got some $$$ kept away for a rainy, you can always make the rain come down anytime ;)

Teachers day speech for the 5th of September
Its teachers day on the 5th of September in India and my son Aryan needed a speech for the day, who and what else would i have relied on to help come to aid, except for the internet! I dont have patience to write out a speech myself and i know i would never be able to do justice to the write, and when you have the world and its knowledge on your fingers through the internet, where else should one turn to?
Its a speech for young kids, and i know a lot of parents must be searching for the same for their kids who will be celebrating the day at school with their loving teachers who have been putting great efforts into their students....

Teachers Day is a dedication to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was a staunch believer of education and was one of the most well known diplomat, scholar, president of India and above all a teacher. As a tribute to this great teacher, his birthday has been observed as teachers' day and this led to its origin. A day that is dedicated to the hard work that is input by the teacher all year long, a day that is a complete tribute to the teachers all around India. In India teacher day is celebrated on 5th of September.

How i recovered my deleted bookmarks on chrome
I was in for a heart attack last night when i had by mistake deleted a folder which contained about 30 bookmarks, and all important ones. I was literally praying i would be able to recover the bookmarks myself when suddenly i hit upon an idea, why not Google, and found a solution on the forums. I thought i couldn't do all by myself but i succeeded! So relieved was i that i couldn't help but jump in joy :)
I decided to share with my readers because after searching for an hour i realized this was the only solution, either i was saved or dead... I am still living thankfully :)
If you have not closed Chrome more than twice, you may be in lock.
In Windows Explorer, browse to:
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
Windows Vista: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
You have to have Hidden Folders enabled to find these directories. Otherwise you can just substitute the above in to the address bar, and press enter.
Once there, you should see a bunch of files. Two of which are: "Bookmarks", and "Bookmarks.bak".
Rename the "Bookmarks" file to "Bookmarks.old", or something like that.
Then, rename "Bookmarks.bak" to "Bookmarks", so that the bookmarks backup file (that's what the .bak extension is for) takes the old Bookmarks file's place.
If have have closed Chrome more than twice since losing your bookmarks, they're gone forever... sadly =[

NUTRITION BASICS FOR FAT LOSS – 3 VIDEOS
A big mistake I see with dieters is that they go into a diet with the intention of being overly strict on what they allow themselves to eat. The problem is that when they slip up and cheat, they see it as absolute failure and quit the entire idea. The result is a retiring back to old, bad habits.
I was no exception to this either. Healthy nutrition was my biggest struggle. I was pretty big and muscular to an extent, but I could not get the six pack abs or real defined muscles.
So after I retired (from volleyball) and changed my training from traditional weight lifting to High Intensity Interval Circuits, the fat started to peel off, but I still couldn’t get the six pack.
So I decided to concentrate more on cleaning up my diet, getting rid of all the junk and crap and learning more about proper nutrition. And you know what? It was easier than I thought.
Look I am not a certified nutritionist, but with a few years of research, working on my own nutrition for my pro Muay Thai fight, fitness modeling and becoming a nutrition guru for MMA athletes.
Add working alongside Laura Discepola from Fit to Eat Nutrition for my Spartacus Program and of course engaged to a former bodybuilder and current muay thai fighter, I have been able to somewhat master the art of nutrition for fat loss and I am still learning and evolving.
I used all the nutrition information I am going to share with you to help me with my 8 Week Spartacus Workout and Nutrition Body Transformation, plus it’s a key in my two of my up-coming projects (Spartacus Workout 2.0 Program and Nutrition for Combat Fighters).
The great thing is that it has also worked for hundreds of people. The information that I am going to share with you is not new, I did not create it, and in fact it’s simple to follow.

Fountain of YouthJuice
Ah, is YouthJuice the fountain of youth? Well, since starting using YJ I have heard constantly, "You look so young!". It's crazy. Read back to the beginning of this blog and you will see and hear about the transformation that has happened. 15th Aug- India celebrates Independence Day; history and celebrations
I'd like to wish a very Happy Independence Day, to all the Indians worldwide. Once again, the country will be rejoicing its independence since 1947. As every time, when i write a short post regarding this day, today i will be following up on its history and the celebrations. Its a day to be proud of after all. Independence day(India) flag hoisting and celebrations
The flag which was hoisted when India won its Independence in 1947 is hoisted since then and is an essential part of the ceremony which takes place in the capital of the country, Delhi, every year followed by a delivery of speech from our respected prime minister. The years achievements and the future developments are part of their speech. Along with the prime minister who will pay his tribute to the freedom fighters of our nation tomorrow, i would also like to pay my humble tribute to our great matrys and freedom fighters for it is them, that we are able to see an independent India today. Those fighters who fought and sacrificed their lives in order to save future generations from the rule of the British in India. Its a day of pride and joy in our hearts....
At the red fort, Delhi, the VIPS and its commoners, will gather together to take part in the ceremonies. The hoisting of the Indian flag, the singing of the national anthem as the flag is being hoisted, the followed by the PM's speech, and a perfect parade by officers and jawans. The main and major attraction is here.....
Its also a pleasure to watch the flag hoisting ceremonies and cultural programs which are organised in great enthusiasm in individual school premises, offices and even locally across the country. Sweets are given out, kites soar in the sky, jets color the sky with the tricolors, as part of celebrations and rejoicing. Buildings of importance are decorated. Celebrations are held by local committee members or respective members of particular schools and offices.
History of Independence day(India)
India attained freedom from the grip of British domination and rule back in the 1940's. The tryst of destiny was a speech read out by the then prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru on the stoke on midnight of 15th august 1947, to which India's Independence was declared. The struggle for Indian independence began with the colonialization of India by Europeans. They came to India as traders but over the period of time they rose to power took control of Indian affairs. British occupied most parts of India whereas Portuguese and French also had their influence on few places The first uprising which is noted in the history of independence of India took place in 1857. This first war of Indian independence, was termed as a mutiny by the British. Although not a success, this revolt sowed the seed for a new force, which was to take this struggle to its rightful end. As British oppression strengthened so did the urge to attain the freedom from it. This urge found voice in form of many great leaders such as Subhash Chandra Bose, Lala Lajpat Rai, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Khudiram Bose, Ram Prasad Bismil,Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel to name a few. These great patriots along with a lot unnamed freedom fighters sacrificed their lives for the cause of the nation. Independence from the British rule was the sole aim of their lives. This dream of millions of Indians was realized when finally India got freedom on August 15, 1947. The joy of independence brought along with it the grief of partition! The country was divided into two parts – India and Pakistan. Pakistan assumed August 14 as its independence day whereas August 15 was declared the independence day for India.
Respect for the tricolor can be felt in every heart, every corner of the country

When I got the email and before/after picture from my man Power, I was blown away at what his hard work and dedication had produced. I was also very impressed with his PIPES (biceps) and new physique.

“Funk, I know it’s been awhile since we talked, I finally got those before and after pic's for you. I want to thank you for the bodyweight workouts; they had a heavy part in me getting to the shape that you will see.
I'm going for 200lbs by my birthday which is 10/30. The way I accomplished my goals was by keeping track of my weight every day. My diet is light during the day with a protein shake in the morning after my workout. Then I drink plenty of water during the day to help that protein through my system.
My workout has been the Spartacus workout each month for the most part on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday I do your MMA workouts. In the first few, months I did 4 miles of jogging after each workout and only jogged on my non-resistance days which are Saturday and Sunday. Then in the last three months I have jogged first and then did the resistance, which shocked my body. I tend not to do 3 full rounds of the workouts, usually two rounds at the most. The 28 miles I was logging per week really helped lean me up.
The main thing people have to realize is you have to work out to keep the metabolism churning away so when you eat at night you won't be hurting you efforts.

Addicted to Facebook? Fb experiences a maintenance error
Notice the image? hehe... that lonely ;)
Suddenly i felt like i was isolated from the world, probably a survivor of an avalanche, abandoned on a lonely island waiting to be hogged by savages! That's how i felt on FB last night when the apps suddenly disappeared and my contacts too. I felt a cold wind pass by me, so lonely.... my chat app was gone and my friends too! Even if there is no one leaving a comment or like, i still feel so connected just watching the updated status flowing/pouring in on my wall. I love reading and leaving a comments on my contacts walls, i know them or not. Fb is experiencing a maintenance error for some reason and i can see many sad faces out there....
Is that how addicted we 'all' are to Face book or is it just me? i guess we are all addicted, because i've seen how crippled one feels... i've felt it and i've also noticed it happening to other users. There are times food wont go down the throat or even if able to, wont be digested if Facebook is not working! literally or not, whatever you want to take it as (;)), but what i mean i bet none of us can actually stop thinking and dying (hehe) to update our status's or to comment on our friends posted status. Or even waiting to see friends online, or to get on the game app and begin our daily chores/activities on our farms and restaurants ;)
What will happen if one day we wake up to find FB is gone with the wind!!?? How would you react, i would really like to know.... :)

Rakhi Day on the 13th- Happy Raksha Bandhan brothers/sisters
Raksha Bandhan also known as Rakhi Day is around the corner in India. Its a celebration being one with the family, a celebration between brothers and sisters in the hindu custom. The sister ties a thread on her brothers wrist and the brother gifts her a token apart from a promise of security and protection. Well though i am not a hindu but i also do tie a Rakhi (a scared tread of love) on my brother to show him how much i love and care for him.

My blog lies awaiting a new makeover :(
Don't know how to fix some codes in my template which is causing a delay of my blog makeover. 31st of July, i gave myself a deadline.. lol.. but then i had completed the design by then, if only i didn't get stuck up for the code fix. Its days i'm trying to figure out where the culprit code is hidden in order to tweak according to the design. But in vain :( So freaking mind boggling is it trying to do something i'm not good at and never even getting next to anywhere.... i mean i'm dumb at understanding codes :(
I sent my link to one of the professional bloggers to see where the problem lies, lets see when i receive a reply so that i cant fix this soon and rid myself of the tensions and sleepless night(not literally but its a headache!). If this isn't fixed soon i wont be able to do a makeover soon until much later, for the more time wasted, the lesser the work done... i don't want my blogs to be under construction when my visitors come visiting.

Youth Juice is cheaper than buying the berries yourself.
So I've changed so much that having previously spent most of my spare time on the computer, I am now out doing things all the time and barely have time to get on here!
So the biggest subject I find in people objecting to using Youth Juice, after noting how much I've changed and become so relaxed and energetic, is the price. And then they will note how many raspberries or strawberries they've consumed in the past day. I've decided breaking down and comparing the cost would be a good thing.
A bottle of Youth Juice contains seven pounds of berries and sea vegetables all pulped together. There is no water added.
40/7 = 5.71
So that's $5.71 per pound of seven different berries and three sea vegetables. Cost per ounce: $1.50.

So if I took the above list and went to the local grocery store to pick up all these items, what are the odds of finding all of them fresh and all in one place? Where is it possible to go pick up a fresh batch of Kombu Fucoidan in Alberta?
Ok, let's go shopping anyways and see what we find:
Say I pick up a container of raspberries at $3.99 (rare, but can be found sometimes), and then get a container of blueberries, always they tend to be more expensive, so say $7.99 but will last for two days so $4 for that one day, and found some blackberries at $5. That's about $14 for just those three berries for one day. Pulp those puppies up and you've got your ounce or two of three berries only. Then say I went to find cranberries but all there was available was the dried ones (usually the case too) and those were coming in at $6 for a large bag that will last a month. Ok, got a deal there, but they aren't fresh and I'd be spending some time chewing on those. Fresh seaweed no where to be found. Neither with elderberries, boisen or blackcurrent. So I'm missing out on some major providers of purple and blue antioxidants. Also no anti-inflammatory sea veggies. So little for about $14 a day.
And yes, going out and picking the berries is way cheaper than store bought, and organic to boot, but you have to drive there and spend your time (assuming your time = $$) picking them yourself. About an hour or so to do so?
Break it down on an average daily cost:
Go buy the berries yourself: approx. $14.50
One ounce shot of Youth Juice: $ 1.50
Two ounce shot of Youth Juice: $ 3.00
Uh, I'll take the Youth Juice. Way cheaper in the long run, way less time consumer to gather and eat, it's organice, and it's 100% CANADIAN!!!!!
Considering the mental and physical benefits from YJ, why people would choose not to enhance, improve, and completely change their lives, I just don't have an answer for that.

Happy Friendship day ( 2011)- A friendship story
Its friendship day on the 7th of August and so i thought to post a motivational story about friends... Hope you enjoy it and Happy Friendship day everyone :)
Motivational Story Of Friendship
Two girls were best of friends, since their childhood. When they were small kids, they used to go to school together, play together and sometimes even stay at each other's places. They were next door neighbors and thus their parents were friends as well. The best friends graduated from school and went to pursue higher studies in the same college. Everyone knew that the girls were the best of friends. Nothing was hidden between the duo, because both knew each other inside out.
After some days, one of the friends found the other behaving in a very strange manner. She would remain withdrawn, sleep too much and turn violent, very often. At first, the other friend thought it was just the studies getting on to her. However, with time, she became even more moody and frustrated. Finally, her friend couldn't take it any longer and confronted her with the problem. She broke down into tears and confessed that she was going around with a guy, who was taking drugs and forced her to take them too.
The girl was not only forced to take drugs, but was also forced to bring money every now and then and was threatened with dire consequences, if she revealed the matter to anyone, even her best friend. Shocked by her story, the other friend consoled her. She then thought of a way to help her. Finally, she thought that she would come up straight to the point and tell her to leave this guy and get out of all the mess. She contacted the college counselor, who was a psychologist and narrated all the problem to her. She offered to help and said that matter would be kept under wraps.
The girl was then advised by her friend to leave this guy, as he was torturing her unnecessarily. Her friend reminded her of her dreams of becoming a successful professional, inspired her to set an example for others and reminded of what her parents would feel, if they found out what their daughter was up to. After a lot of persuasion, the girl finally agreed to leave him. She was given basic counseling and was weaned off drugs, with time. All this while, her friend never left her side and always stood by her.
Finally, they graduated and the friendship only grew stronger. They both went on to become successful professionals, but never let each other down by indulging themselves into bad habits. They lived happily ever after, as close friends. The story leaves the reader to think about the depth of friendship shared by the two girls. The moral of the story is that true friends are those, who inspire you to become the best you can ever be. They have full confidence in you. They would not leave you until your goal is accomplished.
WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY?
The most important meal of the day for you is the “Post Workout Meal”.

Still didn't receive my payment from blogadvertisingstore.com
Imagine the impact on a blogger/publisher who isn't paid by a website claiming they're genuine when they're not! First flooding our emails with assignments(paid reviews, tasks) and then backing off when the time came to pay back, that's blogadvertisingstore.com for you. Its three years since i haven't received the payment i was supposed to be paid to my paypal account once i reached the threshold for the same. A few months passed with us trying to first contact them about the issue but i got suspicious due to no response from them, i realized i wasn't going to be paid! Later learnt by fellow bloggers it was happening with them as well. I tried once again emailing them BUT i was banned or my account was suspended ignoring even my pleas for payment i was deserving of. It was months of hard work when i was extremely dedicated to writing those paid reviews for the scam site, but little did i know of it until i wasn't paid and came across heaps of stories of not being paid on the Internet. I guess i wouldn't ever be paid because i didn't try to campaign against them thinking they would turn out reliable and pay me without having to campaign against them the way some of my fellow bloggers did and were also paid! But my patience and humbleness was all in vain as I'm still due to be paid almost more than $250!
Don't know if there is anyone left still writing for them because by now it must be known throughout the web how they have scammed us poor bloggers and raided us of our time and effort only to escape with our hard earned money (sigh).....
I wish i could parade them......... blah blah... :(
