Testing ponds cream white magic, lets see...

I had bought this product, Ponds cream white magic duo set consisting of a face wash and cream(moisturizer) costing me Rs/-185, just few days ago on my shopping spree, and quite satisfied with the beginning results. Its hardly days i've used it, yet i feel my skin improving in health and complexion. You all may be wondering why do i need a fairness cream but i really don't care for my complexion and emphasize more on the health of my skin, because its a spot free skin and smoothness i desire. Too many spots have accumulated on my face due to the water we get here, too many harsh pimples too, but i guess the face wash and cream(moisturizer) should work well on my skin giving it flawless results.

I'm not a great buyer and user of skin care products anymore since years, because i hardly face the suns harsh UV rays and dust which makes my skin less vulnerable to acne, dirt and tan so i hardly bother. If necessary during summers, i would use natural home products if i have to care for my skin when pimples broke out.

I thought of giving creams a try once more and lets see what wonders it works. I'm just hoping my money isn't going to get washed away down the drain though i would still prefer 'Olay' in the winter season because during those cold months i would need an oily skin moisturizer as my skin tends to dry up and i think 'Olay' would do wonders. I have planned my daily skin care regime, what about you? what's your choice of products you use, why and how satisfied are you as a user?

It seems, God is being grateful to me for he's showering me plenty of lined up paid reviews! hehe.. yeah and i seem to be over the clouds while i get the opportunity to write for a fair amount of cash.

Bloggerwave.com hasn't paid me till now even though months have passed and they had promised a monthly payment on post approval, but am hoping for payment soon. Another fraud site is blogsadvertisingstore.com aka, payingpost.com which hasn't sent me more than $100 which was the threshold i completed. Now aren't these upsetting to us bloggers who work hard to write for the advertisers? The advertisers are not to be blamed though. Certain websites are paid in advance by the advertisers who offer bloggers to write for them, in return being paid. It is quite inconsiderate and unfair that they treat us no less than hard working cows, and all i can say is that i will keep voicing my problem till i'm paid. Are you with me if in the same situation? Let's raise our voices and let ourselves free from being cheated by fraud paid review sites or fake make money online sites!

One cant be selective about the best Android app which was launched by Android Storage because all the apps provide equal pleasurable features to the users using the android phone. Google's New Search - Step in the right direction - Still some ways to go

Google's new search technology is an early effort towards making searching for information better. Google has the right vision of integrating the search across various dimensions of Web, Images, Video, Products, etc. and providing comprehensive results. However, implementing this algorithm for new search, producing the results in parallel, and showing the results in a visually appealing and contextually easy-to-understand manner is going to be key as Google moves forward. Google may also be faced with the problem of what a majority of the user population may be seeking: a simpler answer to their search query. The more sophisticated users may appreciate the comprehensive answer that Google will provide. How would Google know whether the user is a layman user or a sophisticated user? One thing is certain though: Google has the ability to mine the world's information and present it in a contextual setting that is relevant to the user. Google just needs to make sure that in creating a new search, it does not make it confusing for the end user, as this would be huge step backward.

Google to create new R&D Center in South India

Google is poised to expand its base in India with this new R & D center that can house up to 4,000 engineers. Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh in South India wins the nod from Google, partly because Google has already a 1,000 person engineering and services operation for the online sales running quite smoothly; however, when you have the chief minister of Andhra and his team wooing you to do more with all the incentives, it would have been very hard for Google to say no. Timing is everything. Don't be surprised if by the end of 2010, Google has a four thousand people strong R & D center in South India with plans to make it a ten thousand employee organization across all of India based on the kind of growth Google is seeing and its position as one of the top innovators of the world.
