Selling on eBay? You Need All the Help You Can Get!

When eBay sellers think of eBay these days, the one word that comes to almost everyone's mind is "change." Change in policy, change in fees, change in rules, changes here, changes everywhere.

While it's simple enough to go to eBay's site and read the rules (well, maybe it isn't all that simple), perhaps it would be easier to have a team of people, experts, to help you understand and interpret all these changes and help you understand how they affect you and your business.

If you're not sure what to do about your eBay business, whether you should hang tight or jump ship, I can tell you that doing the same things you've been doing for years, working hard and having little to show for it, may not be the right choice. There are alternatives. There are changes you can make in order to succeed online and, specifically, on eBay.

Do you have about six and a half minutes? I'd like to suggest that if you can spare that small amount of time, click on the banner below and watch the video. Take a look and listen and evaluate if this membership site might be right for you. Maybe it will, maybe the monthly investment is more than you believe your future is worth. That's fine, but I love to see people succeed and I love to see people enjoy what they do, rather than working more than full-time hours and seeing little to no results, and I think this is something worth checking out. Really, you have so little to lose to just take a look. How about doing it now, while it's on your mind.

I need help with my eBay business!

P.S. Remember, the busy holiday selling season is coming up. Check this out before you miss out on information that could make a huge difference in what happens to your eBay business the rest of this year.

How to Build MLM-How to Become a Better MLM Recruiter

How to Build MLM-The lifeblood of any multi level marketing business is recruiting. Without new distributors your business will not grow. Anyone that has been involved in an mlm business for any period of time knows this and yet it seems to be the hardest thing to do. Why is that? Here are a few recruiting tips that can help you and your group to not only grow, but flourish.

1. First of all when you are talking to a prospect you need to try and see your business through their eyes and ears. The longer you are involved in your business the harder this is to do. You begin to assume things about your business that a new prospect will not naturally know. They do not know how great your products are. Or they do not know how great your compensation plan is.

The key here is to never assume, but to ask questions and then listen to what your prospect is saying. They will lead you to what is important to them and then you can proceed from there.

2. Here is another tip on how to build mlm. Spend some time just building a little rapport outside of your business. This simply means talking to them about them. Everyone loves to talk about themselves. You will very quickly find out what their hot button is by finding out what they like to do in their spare time. What they do and don't like about their lives right now. Making a friend goes a long way when it comes time for them to listen about your business.

3. Work at becoming a better communicator. The best skill you can develop when it comes to communicating is to become a better listener. Have you ever been in a conversation and felt like the person you were talking to was not hearing what you said. Many time people are so busy thinking about what they are going to say next that it wouldn't matter what you were saying because they weren't listening anyway. You have 2 ears and one mouth for a reason.

4. You get paid in your mlm business to get a yes or no out of your prospect. The sooner you find this out the better off for both of you. As you are talking to your prospect you basically go through the whole process just to find out if they are interested in joining you or not. Don't be afraid to find this out. If the answer is no that's o.k. because you can quickly move on to your next prospect.

To summarize this article focused on how to build mlm effectively. This included asking questions, becoming a better listener, and arriving at a final decision is the fastest way to make your network marketing business grow. Doing this over and over and getting your group to do the same will make all of you better recruiters.

Steve Jobs Death: Article Marketing Campaign Or Writing Mistake

By Luis Galarza - Internet Marketing Tips.

Even Big Companies Like Bloomberg Use Remarkable Headlines Or Article Titles To Generate Buzz... But, A "Steve Jobs Death" Type Of Headline Can Fire Back. Internet Marketing Campaign or Mistake, You Decide!

First you need to know that Mr. Apple I mean, Mr. Steve Jobs is alive and healthy, and the "Steve Jobs Death" headline wasn't a sick joke, or at least that's what the people from Bloomberg said, they also told the press that the article wasn't an article marketing campaign to increase web traffic or anything like that, they said that the whole thing was a big printing or typing mistake... I don't know about that!

The true is that many content sites, like newspapers, news portals, and blogs use bizarre or limit pushing headlines or titles copy writing strategies to create instant buzz for their articles or posts. And it works.

Here is more information about the article:
"Steve Jobs death has been greatly exaggerated by ZDNet's Jason D. O'Grady -- News outlet Bloomberg gave Apple fans and investors a huge scare late yesterday when it accidentally published an incomplete version of Steve Jobs obituary over its wire service. Although the service quickly retracted the release, it’s an eerily-fascinating read complete with XXXX marks for the cause and date of his death. What’s even more interesting is Blolomberg’s [...]"

The Problem With This Article Strategy.

When you use this headline writing strategy you need to know that it can back fire, just like it happen to Bloomberg and instead of giving you visitors or readers that can be turn into leads or sales, you will turn those visitors into enemies and they will pass on the bad viral message about you, your site, and your company. Another problem is that is if you use it wrong the traffic that you will get will be completely off target, which will turn into low web conversions and ROI (return on investment).

How good an article marketing campaign can be if it doesn't get high responses? Responses and high conversions is what your Internet marketing plan it should be about, your responses can represent increasing targeted traffic, generating leads, getting higher credibility levels to increase sales, and target branding exposure. Article can indeed do all this when is use right.

Don't Through This Strategy In The Trash Just Yet!

Like I mention before, using headlines that are bizarre or push limits work very good when you add your targeted keywords or message with it, just like I did on this post. Why do this, first to avoid what happen to Bloomberg's with their "Steve Job Death" title, and second to make your article title do the reader prospecting for you. What I mean is that you need to do some sales qualification right on the title so, you get your target audience to read the information, this will give buzz and better web conversions.

If you use Google Knol, article directories, or social networks, it doesn't matter where you post your content just be careful how you use it.

To learn how you can be part of an online association full with copywriting experts and marketing advisers by visiting the Club.

In Conclusion: When using this article marketing strategy make sure you don't experiment, instead have a set campaign goal and plan accordingly.

10 Viral Video Marketing Strategies

By Luis Galarza - Internet Marketing Tips.

What's The Different Between The Online Clips That Pull Views Like Crazy And Make People Share It From Those That Die Before Getting Any Momentum? The Answer Is In The Viral Video Marketing Strategies They Use!

The viral marketing power of your online media lies on the content of your videos, like I said before video marketing start with good spreadable content, and there are many things you can do on the production of your clips that will give make them remarkable enough so people will spread the word all over the web, which will increase views, marketing exposure, and generate more traffic and leads for your online business. The cost is minimum because in most cases video marketing is free.

Remarkable Viral Video strategies.

What makes most of the online videos viral are the right use of some content production strategies. Many of the most view YouTube media producers use this technique very effective, that they not only generates a huge amount of views, but people actually share them faster than you ever think.

Here are the viral video marketing strategies that can put sharing power on your videos:

1.- Amateurs: People love to watch rookies try something that a professional should be doing.

2.- Go Matrix: When you add special effect showing something amazing or impossible to do can make your clips spread.

3.- Animal Skills: We don't know why we are drawn to animals or pets but this weakness can help you make your clips viral by filming pets trick and special animal skills.

4.- Magnetic Kids: No, you don't have to make your kids eat magnets on front of the camera (good idea for a viral video, don't you think?), what I mean is that many top videos just show natural shots of cute kids doing what they do best, being kids.

5.- Music That Get Stock In Your Head: Create or by the rights of a really catchy music and use it to make a viral video around it.

6.- Injury Clips: As soon it's not me or you, we'll watch it, and many other will watch it too. That's why so many top reality TV series are base on this technique.

7.- Sing It Yourself: Want thing that makes American Idol so popular is the beginning of the show when they show bad singer trying to compete. This works excellent to spread your message.

8.- April Fool: Who doesn't love to watch a good prank, MTV top show "Punk'd" is base on this strategy and has worked very good for them, it can also work for you.

9.- Proof It: There are many myth out there that people want to know if their are true or not, or you can make your own myths and show if they are true or not.

10.- Sex Sells: It's true, and you can use it to attract maximum views. Use it wisely. Don't forget your marketing goals. A hotel use this strategy to show off their rooms on Myspace, by using a beautiful model that undress down to her panties and bra and shows how comfortable and cool are those rooms.

Stay Away From The High Quality Trap.

Many people will tell you that your clips needs to be produce in high quality for it to be effective, and other will say that high quality will take away the natural flow of your content, the truth is that both ways are OK, as soon is relevant to what you audience is looking for, and if it doesn't interfere with your message.

For example, if you want to use funny type of clips that look home made, a normal quality will be the best choice, but if you are doing an education or training video you need to use the best quality you can. Now, in both cases your media have to be clear enough to make the clip watchable, if not will cut your chances of turning off the viral effect of it.

My visitors have increased quite rapidly: are the stats playing a game?

I don't know how my visitors reached from 800 to 1,595 to 2,000 to 4,587!! Its almost reaching 5,000 visitors and that's not really bad, ha? But the most confusing thing is that how come between a one day span, my visitors have increased quite rapidly.. like from 2,000 to 4,587. Do you think its fishy, possible or incorrect stats? Please let me know.. I am used to traffic as high as this but that was before..

Its true that i used to have about 2,000 and more visitors before the month of may, and it was possible because i was blogging from July 2007. The very disheartening decrease happened when i wasn't active for almost 40 days, month of may.. my visitors dropped to just 200 something:(.. A few posts and activeness on forums, communities etc got me back to square one and now this big big increase.. but hopefully it should continue this way, if there is nothing fishy:)

Another look at Object Oriented versus Process Driven Design

My friend Bob was troubled when I blogged "Object Only Programming is Silly". Bob knows from experience that life as a programmer after OO is dramatically better than life was before OO... so my criticisms just don't sit well with him. Obviously I must have gone off the deep end :-)

Bob's not one to let a friend languish in ignorance, so he recently appealed to my literary interests by enlisting Ayn Rand to bring me back into the OOO (Object Oriented Only) fold:

"Ms. Rand was obviously a fan of OOP, and would have likely loved Java even more than C++… not just from the name she gave her philosophy, but from its precepts and what they lead to… The Axiom of Existence leads to the Law of Identity… The Law of Causality (things act in accordance with their natures) is recognized as “the law of identity applied to action”.

Rand rejected the popular notion that the causal link relates action to action. According to Rand, an ‘action’ is not an entity, rather it is entities that _act_, and every action is the action of an entity.

"Therefore, you _must_ have an Object before an Action can be performed."

Thanks Bob, but with respect to Ms. Rand...

You don't care who performs the actions, you care that the actions get done.

Programming is the craft of transforming requirements into something that a computer can execute... so programmers need to focus on the requirements.

The Primary Requirement is always that the action be performed correctly and on time by a qualified entity (or entities)... so your design should be focussed on satisfying the action.

(Actions are service. Entities are service providers... nothing more)

The entity (or entities) that will perform each action is secondary, and should not be your primary focus. It falls out of the design rather than drives the design. Said another way... figure out the actions first and then you'll be able to figure out who (what enties) are required to perform them.

In Process Driven Design there is a direct linkage (via the process model) between the requirement for an action and the code that satisfies that requirement. The sequence and flow requirement are all right there in the model.

Contract this with your typical Object Model in UML... it captures the Actors...maybe... but you are left to figure out what the application actually does, unless of course you create an Activity Diagram (which isn't really OO any more.. it's behaviour).

Most programming students are now being trained to (maybe) write a use case and then start identifying objects... Then they'll create Sequence Diagrams showing the order in which objects send messages back and forth to each other.

So you've got a bunch of entities that are passing messages back and forth in some sequence... you still don't know (from looking at the model) what it is that this bunch of entities is trying to accomplish.

Contrast this with a BPMN diagram... by comparison you know exactly what the process is supposed to accomplish.

Process and Data lead to Objects. Not the other way around.

I don't disagree with Bob's insight from Ms. Rand: "You _must_ have an Object before an Action can be performed"... but I will add the precursor: You don't need an Object unless you have an Action that needs to be performed.

Tips for Using Google Adsense

The only way to keep up with the latest about is to constantly stay on the lookout for new information. If you read everything you find about , it won't take long for you to become an influential authority.

Like anything else, you’ll get out of Google Adsense what you put into it. The following optimization tips can help you grow your Google Adsense dollars:

Write interesting content and write every day.

Have more than one site. The more sites you have, the more ads have the potential
to get clicked.

Set up channels and monitor your statistics across all sites. If one site is performing
poorly, consider changing the content or the ad layout. Experiment!

Change the ad layout and notice which layout works the best for you.

See how much you can learn about when you take a little time to read a well-researched article? Don't miss out on the rest of this great information.

There are
many different layout options and there’s no way you can know going in which
one will perform the best.

If you’re blogging, writingup. com has a list of profitable topics. They state that
you don’t have to write on those topics but you might give it a try or at least plug
some of them in to the search engines.

Google different key words and phrases and notice how much and what kinds of content and ads you see.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Take time to consider the points presented above. What you learn may help you overcome your hesitation to take action.

By Luis Galarza - Internet Marketing Tips.

Who Cares How Many Views Your Online Videos Have If Is Only A One Time Deal? Your Video Marketing Will Not Be Effective If People Don't Find Your Content Spreadable. You Need To Be Remarkable To Turn Your Videos Viral!

Let's think about this for a little bit... Just remember every time you find a new video on any of the top online media sites like YouTube, Revver, or Veoh, and after you watch it you find the need of sharing or talking about the clip to as many people as you can, and quickly you start emailing it to all your personal contacts or business contacts, you bookmark the URL on your browser for future views, then you use all the social bookmarking sites you have an account with to share the link, you will make a post on your blog about it, and even embed the video on your blog or site(s)... And sometimes you won't end there you will use your mobile phone to keep spreading the media content because you found it remarkable enough that it have to be shared.

Well, my dear Internet entrepreneur that's video marketing done right!

Video marketing experts suggest that you should invest 50% of your time in developing your online video campaign, such us the storyline, content style, and the overall production, and 15% on marketing your videos. You need spend more time in the information because content is what's going to make your media viral or spreadable. Also SEO for video is very important.

The secret here is that you need to be remarkable and at the same time deliver the concept of your message in a way that your audience will understand, using any of the categories below... Off course, some categories are suitable to a larger audience, and you can effectively use it to expose your marketing concept to as many people as you can, and those individuals do the marketing for you by sharing your media with others.

Here is a list of popular online videos categories:

Funny: Comedy videos are one of the top categories with a big viral potential, for that reason these are one you want to master. Yep, humor have the power to spread faster than almost any other category.

Bizarre: People love when others push the limits of things they know people shouldn't be doing, so if you can effectively deliver your message in a bizarre way without hurting your brand or company, this category can be very successful. Note: make sure you don't brake any of the media sharing sites rules.

Skillful: This the type of clips that shows special skills, those that look almost impossible to do. Their good to an usually get embedded on blogs or websites.

Celebrities: Marketers found out long ago that celebrities endorsements can increase the value of your message and have a big influence in the consumers decision making. And online, we discover that celebrities can turn your media viral with the help of fan based sites and blogs that like to embed these type of videos.

Cartoons: This are another winner marketing strategy, because cartoon type ads actually increase responses and now you can use it on your online media to interact with your audience in a fun and innocent way that can become spreadable very fast.

It doesn't matter which category you decide to use to create your online videos base on, what's important is that you effectively communicate your message to your audience and be remarkable at the same time. When planing your video marketing campaign make sure that your goals are clear and make sure your content stays focus on your campaign goals.

Make sure your videos are clear enough to be understood. Not necessarily need to be on high definition, just use keep it good enough to watch. Also the quality depends on watch your video is about and your audience.

Today, we are pleased to announce general availability of the product -- no invitation required! Thousands of publishers in hundreds of countries already serve billions of impressions each day with Ad Manager, and we've heard from them that Ad Manager has helped increase revenue, cut serving costs, and save time managing campaigns.

Now we're excited to bring those benefits to all publishers. If you have an AdSense account, you can sign in to Ad Manager today. If not, apply for an AdSense account now. A Google AdSense account is a technical requirement for creating an Ad Manager account.

Ad Manager can help you sell, schedule, deliver, and measure both directly-sold and network-based inventory. It offers an intuitive and simple user interface, Google serving speed and reliability, and significant cost savings. Best of all, Ad Manager can be optionally integrated with Google AdSense to offer you an automated way to maximize the revenue of your unsold and network-managed inventory.

We've been busy since March; in addition to supporting thousands of new publishers on Ad Manager, we've been adding new features including:

With day and time targeting, you can set any new line items you create to run only during specific hours or days, or as little as 15 minutes per week. Use day and time targeting in addition to geography, bandwidth, browser, user language, operating system, domain and custom targeting.
We also continue to roll out new features for the DoubleClick Revenue Center suite of publisher solutions, including DART for Publishers (DFP), our ad serving platform for publishers with larger direct sales teams. Google Ad Manager serves as an effective complement to the DoubleClick Revenue Center by providing new opportunities for publishers of all sizes.

If you have any additional questions about Ad Manager or want to learn more, visit the Ad Manager Help Center.

TRAVELtech: Travelzoo announce 1 million subscribers in Asia Pacific, 100,000 in Australia

Brad Gurrie - Managing Director for Travelzoo Australia announced today at TRAVELtech that Travelzoo in Asia Pacific have hit the 1 million subscriber mark with 100,000 of those in Australia. Offices now in Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and Hong Kong.

TRAVELtech: Global Review proves what we all knew - Consumers are almost impossible to predict

At TRAVELtech we heard from Karen Grinter of Global Reviews - a company that undertakes usability surveys. She conducted a survey with 98 users on their web searching actions to search tests:

1. Find the cheapest flight from Melbourne to Perth from Tullamarine, arriving before midnight and with check-in

2. Find the cheapest hotel in Brisbane, 5 mins from Botanic Gardens, with a pool and for less than $400 for two nights.

Here is a quick summary of the results of the survey:

Search:
47% started with a search engine
  • 32% used the search engine via an installed search bar;
  • 37% entered in a brand name, a large proportion searched a full URL in Google. In effect treating it the means for using a browser;
  • Of these 18% clicked on a paid advertisement - the rest clicked on organic listings; and
  • 0% (yes ZERO percent) looked at the second page.
Aggregaters: 44% went to an aggregater. In a specific Wotif Example Grinter noted that despite there being two places in the Wotif search results for the consumer to view a map. Not a single clicked on that link. Instead they left the site and looked to Google Maps or Whereis and sometimes (but not always) returned to Wotif to book. Consumers simply did not see the map links despite what industry people would view and very prominent links.

Suppliers: 6% went direct to a supplier (in the first instance) but 45% of aggregater visitors (in the case of the air ticket) indicated they would normally go from the aggregater to the supplier to book to avoid paying booking fees and because they trusted the results more.

  • All about the first page in SEO
  • Air aggregaters and buying traffic and losing sales to suppliers
  • Consumers continue to miss buttons and tabs that we think are clear and obvious

TRAVELtech: World Nomads and Footprints - building a brand by giving money away

The story of World Nomads launching Footprints is an amazing one. World Nomads CEO Simon Monk shared the story at TRAVELtech.

World Nomads is an online insurance company that decided to add an optional $2 charitable donation into the purchase path. More of the story here but quick version is that not only have they generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in charity, they also opened up a marketing channel. The donations spawned a video documentary which spawned an in-flight video series and eventually a distribution deal with National Geographic. Money raised for poor communities and global branding and marketing paid for by travel media companies and airlines.

The latest iteration of this story is that now Footprints is a stand alone charity business with an API. Means that any company that does a deal with Footprints can have access to functionality to charge a $2 charity donating and join the program. They are targeting a very ambitious $1billion. Amazing stuff. Love it.

TRAVELtech: Stayz doing more than $100mm a year. Now valued at $36mm according to Fairfax

James Cassidy - the General Manager of Australian vacation rental listing site Stayz - put a rhetorical question to the Audience. Was it worth it for Fairfax Digital to buy Stayz.com.au?

Fairfax Digital Media bought Stayz back in 2005 for $12.7 million. Cassidy claims that if the same multiple at the time of acquisition were applied to current revenues then Stayz would now be worth $36mm. Here are some of the statistics he shared with us about the business:
  • 2007 Transaction Value - $107mm (value off bookings generated for owner/listers);
  • Grown from 9.000 properties to 23,000 properties; and
  • site re-launch generated conversion improvements of 30-40%.
The other interesting comment was that Fairfax Digital had spent a lot of time building a network of links and cross referral points with other sites in the Fairfax Digital network (like newspaper Sydney Morning Herald and vertical classified sites like Domain.com.au). He admitted that this is not about traffic generation. In fact the traffic generation of from these links is very minimal. Instead the value was in the SEO consequences. The network of links from high traffic sites performing different but at least contextual activities is crtical to the SEO activities of Stayz. Cassidy is claiming 80% of the Stayz traffic comes from free/organic search. Supported dramatically by the link network effect of Fairfax Digital.

Assuming this is right it is an amazing story behind media group network effects. That internal banners and buttons and not what the network is about. Instead it is the html code driving links and search traffic. Sounds very close to some of the grey/blackish hat activities I have seen online from travel affiliate companies.

TRAVELtech: Webjet CEO Noon calls the AU market sales of Expedia, Zuji and more

Final speaker of the first session was Webjet CEO Richard Noon. Had a great slide that I was able to quickly copy down to share with you. He showed his estimation of the annual Gross Bookings of major full service OTAs in Australia. Here is that graph as I copied it.

If you are interested in the Australian turnover of Webjet, Expedia, Bestflights, Zuji, Lastminute.com.au, travel.com.au and online for flight centre check it out.

He prepared a formula using comparative page views and PhoCusWright estimates of the Australia online travel market. He took the page views of each of the players locally and then apportioned gross bookings from the PhoCusWright estimates of total Australian OTA sales.

Later during the panel session these numbers were put to each of the bosses of Zuji and Expedia.

Expedia AU MD Arthur Hoffman dismissed the $80mm estimate for Expedia saying that this was a very pessimistic view. That actual number was "far north of that".

Zuji CEO Scott Blume - "took the fifth" when asked about the $30mm estimate. Saying that they do not break out their bookings.

TRAVELtech: TripAdvisor China "on its way"

Arthur Hoffman MD Expedia AU/NZ took time to talk through a lot of the non-retail activities of Expedia in Asia Pacific.

The stories have already broken around the launch of localised TripAdvisor products in India and Japan. Hoffman when on to say that TripAdvisor "on its way to build a more local model in China". Will call that a pre-announcement.

He is convinced you need to incorporate content and retail. Not in a community fashion but in a targeted fashion - personalised for the individual consumer. Gave an example of the integration of the SeatGuru airline seat information into the booking path of Egencia (new name for Expedia's corporate travel agency).

TRAVELtech: Zuji firing in Asia on "most" cylinders

Next up at TRAVELtech - Scott Blume the CEO Zuji (Travelocity's operations in Asia Pacific).

Zuji ha been prolific in launching across Asia Pacific. Has spread the business through organic, acquisition and multi-brand approach. Organic in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong through the Zuji brand, Organic under the Travelocity brand in India and New Zealand (though NZ used to be a relationship with an offline player) and acquisitions in Taiwan and Korea (Nextour brand). Blume said that he like this diversity in markets because
"When one country is firing, others aren't. Would love to have all 7 countries firing at once. Has not happened in in my tenure [as CEO]."
His biggest concern and view on the biggest challenges being faced by the industry are the dramatic increases in search costs.

TRAVELtech: Kicking off with stats from the Airport Economist

Fist in my series of live blogging from the TRAVELtech Year of Living Dangerously conference.
Opening session led by Tim Harcout from Austrade. Also known as the Airport Economist basd on this book of the same name. He is opening up the conference by giving us a view of the Australian economy and whether or not local travel companies should be fearing for the worst given the view from the US and Europe over economic concerns.

As Harcout described it, the world economy has "...gone from the sub-prime to the ridiculous". But Tim tried to reassure all that the Australia economy is almost unstoppable with the longest expansion in history with very low unemployment and very strong terms of trade.

The part I found most interesting from his entertaining presnetation was the statics that shows that departures out of Australia numbered more than arrivals in 2007 and so far in 2008 for the first time since trackings started. In simple terms more Australians are leaving the country to holiday/travel overseas that visitors entering the country. Does not mean a complete disaster for inbound players are there is still growth for inbound but for the first time the outbound providers have the upper hand in Australia.

Strategies and Tips

When you're learning about something new, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of relevant information available. This informative article should help you focus on the central points.
by: Alden Smith

Adsense is beginning to make a huge impact on the affiliate marketing industry today. Because of this, weak affiliate merchants have the tendency to die faster than ever and ad networks will be losing their customers quickly.

If you are in a losing rather than winning in the affiliate program you are currently promoting, maybe de facto is about spell to consider going into the Adsense marketing and start earning some real cash.

Google is happily providing great written and highly useful ads that are closely chosen to match the content on your pages. You do not have to look over them yourselves as the search engine will be the doing the searching for you from other people’s source.

You also don't have to spend time in choosing different kind of ads for different pages. Google makes it very easy for you, with no codes to mess around for different affiliate programs.

You will be able to concentrate on providing excellent and quality perky, as the delve into engines will be the ones finding the best ads in which to put your pages on.

You are inactive allowed to add Adsense ads even if you already have affiliate links on your whistle stop. It is prohibited, however, to imitate the the eye and feel of the Google ads seeing your affiliate links. One of the things you can do, however, is to utilize Google's fashion palette to customize your Google ads, moulding them to appear a part of the web page itself. The notion here is to match background and links to match the theme of your site. People on the internet today are trained to click on a link that is blue, and if your Google ads have the same theme as your web page, it makes the Google ads appear to be a portion of your " content. "

You can also filter up to 200 URLs. This gives you a chance to block ads owing to the sites that operate not meet your guidelines, and also block competitors. Think back that it is name that Adsense may be competing being some space on web sites that all other revenues are sharing.

Owners of dwarf sites are allowed to plug a bit of a integrity into their sites and instantly have relevant text ads that appeal to your visitors appear double time on your pages. If you own many sites, you unrivaled need to apply once. Then, you are issued a unique " publisher ID ", which can be used on any site you currently own. A dwarf snippet of Javascript is placed on your site in the location you wish the ads to appear in, and generally speaking, the ads from Goggle will appear in minutes. This ends the hassle of having to apply to many affiliate programs, and keeping track of many different URL's and user ID's and passwords.

As Google ads are very easy to customize, and can be placed anywhere on your pad you wish, you can experiment with placement, colors, and themes. Many tricks are available to the resourceful webmaster, including adding images spell conjunction with your Google ads to make them more noticeable.

The best time to learn about is before you're in the thick of things. Wise readers will keep reading to earn some valuable experience while it's still free.

The payment rates can vary extremely. The payment you will be receiving per click depends on how much advertisers are victorious per click to advertise with the use of the AdWords. Advertisers can pay as slight as 5 cents and as high as $10 - 12, sometimes even more than that too. Some savvy lawyers are currently paying as high as $75 for advertising the keyword mesothelioma! And you, as the ad publisher, are earning a share of that moolah generated.

If your results outlive stagnant, it can help if you try and build simple and uncluttered pages so that the ads can catch the visitor’s eyes more. It sometimes pay to differ from the usual things that people are skill already. Google has many tutorials, including a " heat chart " which shows you where the best placement for ads are. You will need an account to access these tutorials. Sign up for an Adsense report at https://www.google.com/adsense/?sourceid=aso&subid=ww-et-awhome&hl=en_US. Sound is also a refreshing sight for your visitor once they examine something different for a change.

Concrete is still wise to look at other people’s information and format your Adsense in a like manner. A wise ancient business axiom is to " find a good business model, wherefore copy it. " Let others do the hard work for you, and learn from a successful site. Just think about it as doing yourself a favor by not having to work too hard to know what content to have. Look to sites that have high page rank, and carefully observe their layouts, their content, and placement of their ads. A little time spent doing research can put dollars predominance your pocket down the road.

Publishers have the option of choosing to have their ads displayed only on a certain site or sites. You can also have them displayed on a large network of sites if you so desire. Google soon has the option to allow other people to advertise on your site. This only makes good sense. If you are marketing to a tightly defined niche, you can place your own ads, written by you, on locale that allow this option. The choice is yours, depending on what you judge leave work best to your advantage.

It is important to note that you cannot choose intended topics only. If you do this, search engines will not place Adsense ads on your site and you will emblematize missing out a great opportunity in making hundreds and even thousands of dollars cash.

Topics to be avoided includes gambling, firearms, ammunition, tobacco or drugs. If you are being offered more cash in exchange of doing Adsense with these kinds, it is just like signing your own termination paper.

With all the information that people need in your hands already, all you have to do is turn Google Adsense into your own jack cow. It all boils down to a win - win situation both for the content site owners and the webmasters or publishers.

Our website, http://www.for-the-record.biz, is a commendable source of information for the beginning marketer. We present a lot of content for those needing more dirt on a variety of subjects.

As your knowledge about continues to grow, you will begin to see how fits into the overall scheme of things. Knowing how something relates to the rest of the world is important too.

Host Rating site

The Internet is incomplete without web hosts, and users often worry their head out searching for a good web hosting service. Even a sites performance is entirely based on their hosts service, for a dead host will naturally cause your site optimization problems. A good one will obviously prove worthy..

I found one of the best web host rating sites where the best hosts are rated accordingly and there is a rated, top 10 web hosting service list which will be very beneficial to those in need of the best host services. And also if you need a new host, because the directly consists of the best hosting services on the web.

Their rating system of web hosts is based on customer satisfaction, affordability, reliability, uptime and technical support. The sites directory features complete information on web hosting providers, their web hosting plans, promotional and discount coupons, and unedited reviews by real customers.

The type of hosts the site rates Unix hosting, windows hosting, dedicated hosting, reseller hosting and more. The types of hosting awards 2008 are based on best budget hosting, best blog hosting, forum hosting, multi hosting and more..

Plenty of articles to choose from which proved so helpful to me. I went through most of them and reading the article that tips us about choosing domain names gave me a better insight of how a domain name works and how to choose one.

I now consider a domain name a very important part of a website and when am choosing a new domain name or hosting my website on a web hosting service, i'll prefer to come back here to take some more advice:)

One account, multiple sites

We'd like to remind you that once you've been approved for AdSense, you can place the code from your account on any page that complies with our program policies. Simply generate new code and paste it onto your site -- we don't need to update your account, so there's no need to contact us about your new site (although we appreciate the thought!). Even if your sites relate to completely different topics, our system will display appropriate ads for each site. This is because your ad targeting is based on the content of your pages, rather than set within your account. In addition, please keep in mind that publishers may only maintain one account per payee name, so there's no need for you to submit a new application.

If you run multiple websites, you may wish to view separate reports for each domain. Simply create a URL channel for each one. You won't need to modify your code in any way, and your URL channels will begin tracking data almost immediately. If you need to send these reports to other people who manage your site with you, you can set up emailable reports.

But what if you've sold the website you applied to AdSense, and now you run another one? We don't need to update your account information in any way. Just remove your ad code from the old site, paste new code onto your current site, and our system will automatically take care of the rest.

Finally, we'd like to note that we do constantly review sites displaying Google ads to make sure that they're complying with the AdSense program policies. If we find that a site isn't compliant with our policies, we'll contact the publisher whose ad code appears on the site to address the situation. If you're concerned about others placing your ad code on non-policy compliant pages, we recommend using our Allowed Sites feature.

MLM Education- How to Find the Right Networking Marketing Opportunity

MLM Education- You finally decided to join the thousands of others who work from home. The home business you decide to pursue is network marketing.

Now, before you just up and join any network marketing company that looks good on the surface, seems to have a good product, etc. and so forth, STOP! Why stop? Because there are crucial steps you need to take to avoid being in the 93% failure rate of most people who join a network marketing company. Follow these tips and you will way ahead of many other home-based business opportunity seekers. Getting a little mlm education will be well worth it.

Tip #1: Commit to doing your research FIRST. I can't say enough how important this is. Starting a home-based business is a big decision and should never be done hastily and without careful thought. Commit to doing 5 or 6 hours of research on a number of companies. This one simple tip can greatly increase your level of success and save you years of frustration, being scammed, and most importantly, quitting.

Tip #2: When looking at a network marketing opportunity, make sure the product the company promotes meets the needs of a hot and hungry market. In other words, whatever company you are looking to join, make sure there are people out there clamoring for the product and would buy it even if there were no business opportunity associated with it.

You see, many people get so emotionally attached to a product or outcome that they totally miss the importance of seeing if there is even a market for it. If there is no market, you will have no success at all.

Tip #3: Use Overture. When researching if there is a hot and hungry market for a product, Overture.com is a great way to see how many people are searching for any particular product or service in a given month. If your research shows only 1,000 people are searching for a product, it would be a waste of time for you to join a network marketing company that sells it. However, if you see searches for 30,000, 50,000, 100,000 or even more, you are on the right track!

Tip #4: Check out the competitors of a product. Go the search engines Yahoo, Google, and MSN and look at the first 10 companies that are listed. If the first 10 are the same company, it's not good. However, if there are a variety of companies selling the product, this is good because it means that there is more of a demand for it.

Tip #5: Use Overture's bid tool. By doing this, you will be able to see if there are many people interested in a product and how much they are willing to pay per click to have folks come and visit their site. If there isn't a lot of bidding going, that's a bad sign. If there are quite a few people bidding on a specific term related to the product the network marketing opportunity promotes, that is a very good thing.

These are simple strategies and tools you can use to research if the network marketing opportunity is worth your time and money. If you follow these tips, and your research shows the home-based business opportunity is worth pursuing, go for it! Your mlm education will be put you way ahead of the pack!

MLM Business Leads-77 More Hot Prospecting Tips #3

This is a continuation from the previous post in which Tom Schreiter shared how to work with your mlm business leads. Today's tip covers how to use powerful incentives.

Enjoy the tip and good luck with attracting more mlm business leads!

To Your Success,

Monique Hawkins
Skype: Moniquie371
mentormonique@gmail.com

Tip #4: Incentives that really get people to act!

Don't spend money on a premium or incentive that's
boring or unimaginative. That's a waste of your
money.

Here are two quick incentive ideas to spark your
imagination.

I. Distributor Joe knows that John and Mary should
be at the next big Saturday training event. Mary
is hesitant until Distributor Joe arranges a "maid
for a day" to totally clean Mary's house. Total
cost is only $50. Mary is thrilled with the maid
and can't wait to sit back and enjoy the training.

What if John was hesitant instead? Distributor Joe
could arrange a "handyman for a day" to do fix-ups
and repairs around the home that John has been
avoiding for years.

II. Distributor Joe knows that the local Marriott
Hotel caters to business travelers and has many
empty rooms on weekends. The hotel offers a
"honeymoon special" for only $79 on weekends. A
couple gets dinner and a room for Saturday night,
champagne breakfast in bed, and can dance and
enjoy the luxury hotel's services.

What a great romantic gift to remind a new
distributor of the lifestyle and time with the
family. Perfect for a sign-up incentive.

Your next tip will arrive in two or three days!
