I am waking up earlier, probably as a result of the early wake ups last week, and I am feeling bright and alert. Nice to wake up and not be foggy in the head. No anxiety shakes, no feeling of faintness if I move too fast. I experienced these constantly previously to the YJ. Love it!!
I have been sleeping through the night for the past week as well. For years I have been waking up at 3am and rolling around for half an hour or so to fall back asleep. I also would feel very stuffy in the sinuses. I feel that the sea vegetables in the YJ are doing their work as anti-inflamatories. So nice to be able to breath clearly.
