I woke up feeling "ugh Monday", so I decided that an ounce and a half (which was what I started out taking for the first week and a half of using YJ, whereupon I then dropped to an ounce per day since). It's mid afternoon and I should be ready for a nap, but I feel energized. I took my shot around 8am this morning. What a wonderful way to power up for a day without the crashes that caffeine and sugar causes!
