Cleaned like a maniac yesterday, slept through the night again. Face less puffy today. It just keeps going on and on. Best part is feeling better mentally too. I am still barely getting any anxiety, it's more that my brain keeps trying to regulate back to an anxious state out of habit, and I'm able to kick out of any anxious thoughts within seconds. Incredible. Again, I really feel that anxiety disorder is partly nutient based, the body creates anxious feelings because it's lacking something essential.
