It is the first real post of my weekly feature over there that we are calling, Battle Ready, in which I discuss things such as our roles as fathers in the eternal battle of good and evil, spiritual warfare, the culture war, and other matters of the faith.
This first installment is about setting the scene. For regular readers it might be a little bit of a basic re-set, but it attempts to quickly explain what this battle is, why we are in it, and what we must prepare for.
