We have been talking about how to recruit people for you mlm and how to build mlm. Today. we will be talking about something that many of those in MLM overlook and don't realize it's a red flag.
What I'm talking about is this: how big is your company's building? I know it sound weird, but it is something that should be carefully considered.
Have you ever taken the time to think about how much upkeep a huge building requires? Not only this, but also there are some companies whose huge buildings are filled with staff. I know of one where they have 400 operators who take calls and distributor enrollments. I don't know about you, but that is a lot of people!
You see, when a company has a huge building and has to pay for the lights, keeping the lawn mowed, electricity, pay for maintenance people, etc., that can add up very quickly! Plus, if there are lots of workers, they have to pay for salaries, bonuses, and the like. Bottom line, it all adds up, for some, to about 2 million a month in business overhead.
I ask, who is paying for all of that? In many cases, the money has to be taken from the distributor's comp plan (they can't be paid as much as they should), or the products are ridiculously high! In both cases, this is a bad scenario.
So, when it comes how to recruit people for mlm and how to build mlm, it really is important to bring them into a strong company where they will be paid well for their efforts and where the products are given to consumers at the best price. This will help them to easier retail products.
Much to think about for sure!
