why we should avoid colas
aerated and carbonated drinks like colas and packaged drinks should be avoided and the reason is because:
they contain salt and empty calories
they have preservatives and artificial colours which are harmful.
they increase triglyceride levels in the blood.
they are harmful for the teeth and gums.
they stimulate appetite which makes a person put on excess weight
most important is that they decrease your body's capacity to have healthy-food.
i bet 90% of indias populations enjoys colas as much as i do.. who cares whats harming us isnt? with all those news of our colas found to contain toxic pesticides very now and then, we will never give up! but why risk our lives??
heres an alternative for you:)
when one is looking at having something to drink outside home, try coconut water which is not only very healthy, but also very hygienic.it also has natural minerals, potassium and vitamins, which are very beneficial to the body.
now this is what i call the best drink ever... i love coconut water too!
