Here are headlines #16 through #20 from the Top 50
''Greatest Network Marketing Headlines'' list:

Exercise of the Week - Superset Bi's and Tri's
Are you looking to change up you arm workout and gain some valuable definition? Well Supersetting is the workout for you. What are Supersets you ask?
Supersetting is doing two different exercises back to back without stopping for rest. There are a number of benefits to supersetting.
1. Shocks your body by doing a different type of workout
2. Can get you out of the boring training rut, by doing something different
3. If your short in time, this is great way to maximize your workout
4. Add some muscle mass to your body
5. It gives you more of an aerobic exercise, which can help burn more fat
When supersetting, I always do so with antagonizing muscle groups, or push-pull groups. For example, perform Biceps/Triceps, Back/Chest and Quads/Hamstrings.
This week’s exercise is part of my Biceps and Triceps superset workout.
I usually perform this second in my set of exercises. Start with 10 reps of Standing Dumbbell Curls, ensuring that your shoulders are back, chest out and squeeze at the top of the movement. After you finish you last rep, move to the Pressdown machine and blast through 10 reps of Tricep Pressdowns once again keeping the shoulders back, chest out and squeeze at the bottom of the movement. Do 3 sets of this and rest assures you will see the definition take over your arm.

foods to avoid during pregnancy
It seems like every time you turn around someone is telling pregnant women to avoid something.
A healthy, well-balanced diet is important during pregnancy. Most fresh foods are wholesome and safe to eat, however some foods should be avoided during pregnancy.
What not to eat when you are pregnant:
Raw Meats and Seafood including sushi - all uncooked and rare meats and seafood should be avoided due to high risk of listeria and salmonella poisoning.
Deli meats including hot dogs - these deli meats might be contaminated with listeria bacteria which may result in miscarriage or even a stillbirth. It's safe to eat deli meats if you reheat them until steaming hot.
Refrigerated smoked seafood - for the same reason of listeria contamination. It is safe if they are contained in cooked dishes. Canned and shelf-stable versions are safe to eat.
Raw eggs - raw eggs may contain salmonella. Some Caesar salad dressings, mayonnaise, homemade ice cream and custards as well as Hollandaise sauces may be made with raw eggs. It is best to check with your server in a restaurant; if in doubt, it is best to avoid it. In addition, unpasteurized eggnog should be avoided.
Fish high in mercury - avoid high-mercury fish such as Shark, Swordfish, King Mackerel and Tilefish. Also limit fish intake to no more than 2 servings per week. For more info - read Is it Safe to eat Fish during Pregnancy?
Soft cheese - avoid the following soft cheeses: Feta, Brie, and Camembert cheeses, blue-veined cheeses, queso blanco, queso fresco and Panela. They are safe to eat if they are labelled pasteurized.
Refrigerated pâtes or meat spreads - for the same reason of listeria contamination. It is safe to eat the canned or shelf-stable versions.
Liver - liver is a rich source of iron. However it contains a high level of Vitamin A. Large amounts of Vitamin A can be harmful to the baby.
Unpasteurized milk and juices
Alcohol - many documented fetal abnormalities and birth defects have been associated with alcohol use during pregnancy.

Webjet to buy Travel.com.au - Introducing Traveljet.com or Webminute.com.au or Travelwebminute.com.au or lastjetminute.com.au
Travel.com.au was valued at AUD$31mm before a trading halt. The deal is for 10 cents in cash and 0.23 Webjet shares per Travel.com.au. This values the company at $42.3mm based on the last closing price of Webet or a 20+% premium.
Couple of questions from this:
- What will happen in the management area given the very recent announcement of a change at the top of Travel.com.au. Chris Meehan was due to take over from Adam Johnson as CEO in the new year. Webjet already have both a CEO (Richard Noon) and a Managing Director (David Clarke);
- What will happen to the Webjet board. Current Travel.com.au shareholders will come away with large stakes in Webjet and may want a board seat;
- What will happen to the Travel.com.au brand. Would be madness to lose the Lastmintue.com.au brand but surely we will see a merger of the Webjet and Travel.com.au brands; and
- It finally gives Webjet a position in the online hotel business with Lastminute.com.au. What will this mean for Lotsofbeds.
